30-Day Return Policy
RISHA JEWELS offers a 30-days return policy for all unused and unworn items, with no questions asked.
This policy does not apply to personalised jewellery except in cases of defective or spurious products.
Refund & Processing
The company reserves the right to process refunds only after checking the returned items. Refunds are usually initiated once the product is received back in the warehouse.
-Refunds will be processed within a minimum of 48 working hours and a maximum of 72 working hours after initiation.
-If a product is purchased from any other source, the return policies of the source of purchase apply.
Missing Items in Return Orders
In case of missing items, the company has the right to deduct up to the full selling price of the missing product from the refund amount. This includes promotional products, free gifts, and silver coins.
Replacement & Exchange
Customers can request replacement or exchange of their order, subject to the same conditions as applicable to returns.
-Replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered (in the case of Gold items).
Return Process
To initiate a return request, customers can visit the website/app or contact the Customer Support team.
-The support team will guide through the process, which may involve a reverse pick-up and answering calls from the delivery partner.
-In rare cases where pin codes are not reverse serviceable, customers will need to return the product via alternate courier services (e.g., India Post).
Empty Parcel or Missing Product
In case of an empty parcel or missing product, customers must contact Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.
-A 360-degree unpacking video is mandatory for claim processing.
-Claims may be rejected in case of insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering.
