Risha Jewels – 100 % Silver Buy‑Back Policy

• Eligibility – You can sell back any silver jewellery bought from Risha Jewels as long as you have the original invoice. The piece must be in its  original condition, free of damage or alterations.
• What’s covered – Buy‑back applies only to the silver metal in the item. Any additional stones, platings, or non‑silver accessories are not included in the valuation.
• Valuation – Price is based on the spot silver rate on the day of inspection.
• Process – Call our customer‑care line and email customersupport@rishajewels.com. We’ll verify the item, confirm purity, and send you a final offer. Upon acceptance, the amount is credited to your bank account or applied as store credit within 10–15 working days.
• Minimum Weight – No minimum weight; the prevailing spot rate applies to all silver items.
• Documentation – Original invoice and a valid ID are required. Without these, only a provisional valuation can be offered.
