» How to buy online?
To buy online, you will have to first “Register” yourself with us. Registration is very easy and simple which you need to complete by going to the “My Account” page.
Step 1: Once you like the jewelry, go to the box “Add to Cart”, select the quantity you want to buy and click on “Add to Cart”. You can add multiple products in your cart.
Step 2: Once you have completed your entire shopping, go to “Basket” at the blue bar on the top, where the short listed jewelries will be shown. If you want to add or subtract any piece, you can do that at this stage.
Step 3: After you have finalized your jewelries you can click “Check Out”. The page will take you to the payment partner’s site, which is www.paypal.com. Here you can pay for your purchases through your Master / Visa credit card in the most secured transaction route.

» Can I change the Shipping Address?
Yes. As a default Shipping Address, the Check Out page will show the address which you had given us, at the time of registration. However, if you wish to change the address, you can do that by clicking the “change” button below the Shipping Address.
» Can I cancel the order once I placed it?
Once you have placed the order, you can cancel the order, as long as it has not been shipped to you. The money after deducting the bank and processing charges will be refunded to you.
» Do you ship overseas? Who pays the import duties?
We ship all over the world. It is internationally accepted practice that all the local duties (sales tax, VAT, Octroi etc) including Import duties are paid by the Importer of the Goods.
» I need help in choosing Gift. Can someone help me?

» The product I chose is no longer in stock. Can you help me in getting those?
Generally, we take care of not displaying the jewelries which are not in stock. But if for some reason, you chose the jewelry which is not in stock, you can send your requirements to info@rishajewels.com and we will help you out with suitable solution.
» How do I take care of my jewelries?

- For a long lasting shine of the plating, please protect your jewelry from water and perfumes. Contact of water or perfume can reduce the reflective character of the plating due to chemical reaction.
